Refund & Cancellation Policy

DigiPos subscriptions and one-time purchases are subject to the plan and billing terms shown at purchase. Because DigiPos provides digital software access, refunds are not automatic after a subscription has been activated or significant service usage has occurred. If a payment was duplicated, charged incorrectly, or the purchased service could not be provisioned, contact DigiPos support with payment evidence for review. Approved refunds are returned through an available method and may require processing time. Merchant-to-customer refunds, restaurant orders and retail sales are controlled by the individual merchant and are not DigiPos platform subscription refunds. DigiPos may publish more specific refund or cancellation terms for particular plans, promotions or services.
